Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that mystery box products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, unless the item is damaged or defective.
